For VPS servers, RAM, CPU and disk space can be increased from the control panel. Resource increase is completed within 5 minutes without interruption. For dedicated servers, contact our technical team for hardware upgrades. Data backup is taken before all upgrades.

Search for domains from our website to check availability. After selecting the suitable domain, enter your contact information and complete the payment. Domain registration becomes active within 15 minutes. WHOIS privacy is free, DNS management is done with an easy panel. No risk of domain loss with auto-renewal option.

Get the EPP/Auth code from your current registrar. Start the transfer request from our site and enter the EPP code. The process starts automatically when the transfer fee is paid. The transfer process takes 5-7 days and the domain remains active during this time. Registration period is extended by 1 year when transfer is completed.

You can edit A, CNAME, MX, TXT records by going to the "DNS Management" section from the control panel. Changes become active within 5 minutes. DNS editor provides easy use with user-friendly interface. Acceleration and security features are also available with Cloudflare integration.

Domain renewal can be done automatically or manually. If auto-renewal is active, payment is taken from your registered credit card before expiration. For manual renewal, go to the "Domain Renewal" section from the control panel. Reminder emails are sent 90 days before domain expiration.

Let's Encrypt SSL certificate is installed automatically and free of charge for hosting accounts. It is activated with one click in the "SSL Management" section from the control panel. Premium SSL certificates (EV, OV) require separate application. SSL installation takes 5 minutes and is automatically renewed. HTTPS redirection is also automatically configured.

When you exceed the bandwidth limit specified in hosting plans, your site slows down or is temporarily suspended. In this case, notification is made via email. The problem is solved with limit increase or plan upgrade. Fair usage policy applies to unlimited plans and no problems are experienced in normal usage.

FTP access is automatically defined for each hosting account. You can view your FTP account information from the control panel and create new FTP users. SFTP (secure FTP) support is available. All FTP programs such as FileZilla, WinSCP are supported. File operations can also be performed via browser with web-based file manager.

MySQL databases are easily created and managed from the control panel. Advanced database operations can be performed with phpMyAdmin interface. Automatic database backup and restore operations are supported. PostgreSQL support is available on VPS and Dedicated servers. Database optimization and performance monitoring tools are available.
